Good morning! Well finally, we have snow! Now I know that there are many of you that don't like the snow, but as we all know to well, we NEED it (the water) for almost everything we do! And of course we really want our ski areas to be successful as well - and they need snow for their success! Just a quick reminder that we have all kinds of golf products and accessories that make great Christmas gifts for the golfers in your family! Come on up and check out the pro shop selection (prices are ridiculously low - mostly at cost or BELOW!). We also have season passes on sale at early bird prices! Adults, student and junior passes are all ready for 2010. Additionally, we have a gift bag loaded with goodies (valued at over $40) for only $10 when you purchase any season pass! Christine is this week's winner of the FREE lunch at Buffalo Hill. Christine was up for lunch and dropped her business card in the jar - and now she is the winner of a free lunch. WAY TO GO Christine! That's all you have to do to be a winner, or just leave your business card on the table and your waitress will deposit it for you.
If you haven't been to clubhouse this week, you have no idea what you are missing. A special thank you goes out to Santa's Elves, aka Sue Newgard & Jude Broeder, as they have put their "loving touch" to the Christmas decorations throughout the clubhouse. Believe me, there are no words to describe how beautiful the clubhouse looks in its Christmas decor, so a great big THANK YOU goes out to both Sue & Jude for all of their dedication and hard work. So be sure to make a trip to Buffalo Hill and admire the decorations as you enjoy one of Chef Jim's outstanding lunches in front of the fire.
Also, a special thank you goes to Jon Heselwood, as he has promised to keep the parking lot & the street up to Buffalo Hill plowed and sanded all winter long, which will make easy access to the clubhouse. He also promised to keep the firewood boxes full so we can all stay nice & warm all winter long.
Once again, one more friendly reminder, don't forget that Christmas will be here before we know it, so if you haven't made arrangements for your Christmas Party, luncheon or holiday get together give BJ a call (756-4551) and reserve a date for your special event. The dates are filling up fast so make a call this week before it's too late.
